2-4 pizzas

Ingredients[edit]

  • 500g bread flour
  • 330g warm water
  • 10g salt
  • 3g yeast
  • 5g sugar

Instructions[edit]

  1. Mix water and sugar in mixing bowl. Add yeast and allow it to sit until bubbling- up to 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour and salt; mix on low for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix on medium for 10 minutes.
  4. Let rise, covered, for 1.5 hours.
  5. Roll out and top with toppings; bake at 500F for 10-12 minutes.
