Ingredients[edit]
- 500g bread flour
- 330g warm water
- 10g salt
- 3g yeast
- 5g sugar
Instructions[edit]
- Mix water and sugar in mixing bowl. Add yeast and allow it to sit until bubbling- up to 10 minutes.
- Add flour and salt; mix on low for 2 minutes.
- Mix on medium for 10 minutes.
- Let rise, covered, for 1.5 hours.
- Roll out and top with toppings; bake at 500F for 10-12 minutes.
