Ingredients[edit]

  • 100g flour
  • 100g cool water

Starter Instructions[edit]

  1. Mix water and flour fully in a glass or stainless container
  2. Let sit, loosely covered, for 24 hours

Feeding Instructions[edit]

  1. Keep 100g of the starter and discard the rest
  2. Mix another 100g flour and 100g part water in
  3. For the first two days, feed every 24 hours. After that, feed every 12 hours.

Refrigeration[edit]

  1. Once it's grown and going, store the starter in the fridge and feed once per week.
