Ingredients[edit]
- 100g flour
- 100g cool water
Starter Instructions[edit]
- Mix water and flour fully in a glass or stainless container
- Let sit, loosely covered, for 24 hours
Feeding Instructions[edit]
- Keep 100g of the starter and discard the rest
- Mix another 100g flour and 100g part water in
- For the first two days, feed every 24 hours. After that, feed every 12 hours.
Refrigeration[edit]
- Once it's grown and going, store the starter in the fridge and feed once per week.
