  1. Start by putting ~ 1/2 - 3/4 cup of warm steamed rice on each bowl or plate
  2. Follow with handful of fresh baby spinach
  3. Layer on whatever toppings you have.
  4. Pour Miso dressing over everything
  5. Finish with a serving of salmon on the top
