Ingredients[edit]
- 4 small beets, scrubbed and destemmed
- Baby spinach
- Crumbled chevre
- Candied pecans
- Reduced balsamic
Instructions[edit]
- Oil beets with olive oil; salt and pepper.
- Roast at 450 for 40 minutes in an oven pan
- Chill for 15 minutes in fridge
- Peel and dice beets
- Toss with other ingredients
